Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties · Machine Operation: Set up and operate automatic press brakes and robotic systems to form metal components. Produce Metal Parts · Blueprint Reading: Interpret detailed blueprints, Read Job Orders specifications, and process sheets to determine correct dies and required dimensions. · Precision Adjustment: Set, tighten, and adjust clamps, hold-down bolts, and shims to achieve required tolerances and dimensional accuracy. · Machine Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance and routine preventive tasks on the equipment to ensure smooth operation. · Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or hand trucks. · Production Monitoring: Monitor machinery (press brakes/robotics) for proper function and efficiency. · Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards. · Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often requiring lifting to 50 lbs. · Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and minor troubleshooting on equipment. · Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets Requirements and Qualificat...
