Job Description Summary The Second‑Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for Liquid Media oversees daily production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing in a regulated (FDA) environment. The role provides hands‑on leadership to the liquid media team, including assigning workloads, coaching associates, supporting career development, and ensuring adherence to GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards. Key responsibilities include managing material flow, troubleshooting operational issues, training new employees, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor also supports special projects and collaborates across functions and shifts to meet production goals. Qualifications vary by education level, with required experience in Food, Pharma, or Industrial manufacturing environments. Strong communication, organizational skills, conflict resolution abilities, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (including ISO 9000) are essential. SAP (PP/PE) experience is preferred.
