Description FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Exempt- Administrative: REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer: POSITIONS SUPERVISED: Children and Adult Case Management, Children and Adult Support Services, Employment POSTION OVERVIEW: The Senior Director, Children and Adult Programs serves as a member of the MHA Executive team in strategic planning, operations, risk management and other administrative matters. Demonstrates leadership and vision for maximizing MHA development and support that achieve good health, citizenship, emotional soundness and supportive family life environments for at-risk children and adults. The Senior Director represents Mental Health America of South Central Kansas by participation on boards, committees, and coalitions to foster collaborative relationships. Maintains standards for accreditation and compliance with contracts. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serves as a member of the MHA Executive Team in strategic planning, operations, risk management and other administrative matters.
