This role is focused on Technical Due Diligence (TDD), dilapidations and professional building surveying instructions . It is not project-management led. You will join a growing Ireland PDS platform advising institutional investors, lenders, asset managers and corporate occupiers across office, industrial & logistics, retail and mixed-use assets. Role Purpose: Deliver high-quality professional building surveying advice across Ireland. Lead Technical Due Diligence and dilapidations instructions.
