Job Description Job Profile Summary: FSY Teachers prepare and deliver lessons at FSY sessions, ensuring that all involved leave better than they came. We seek individuals with strong faith in Jesus Christ and in His Restored Gospel to serve as role models of divine sisterhood and honorable priesthood holders, future missionaries, mothers, fathers, and leaders in the Lord's Church and kingdom. Job Description: Payment for FSY Teachers is $200 for a two-day contract. Prepare and deliver lessons that not only engage and interest the participants but help inspire and motivate them. Help all youth have a positive and uplifting experience and, as needed, handle youth disciplinary situations with sensitivity. Understand, follow, and (where applicable) enforce FSY policies addressing general conduct, youth protection, sexual misconduct, and standards of communication. Read and study the FSY Staff Handbook prior to the first contracted week. Qualifications: Teaching ability, communication skills, appropriate appearance, sincerity, attitude of sharing and personal testimony.
