Department: Executive Vice Chancellor KU Center for Technology Commercialization - Temps Position Title: Technology Transfer Intern - KUCTC Job Family Group: Professional Staff Job Description Summary: The Technology Transfer Intern will work under the direction of the Licensing team for the KU Center for Technology Commercialization (KUCTC), which serves all KU campuses, including the KU Medical Center in Kansas City. The mission of KUCTC is to manage discoveries and innovations made from research so that they may have greater impact, benefit the public, and promote economic development. Licensing Interns are generally responsible for supporting the licensing team by helping to scout, reviewing, market and license invention disclosures. The Technology Transfer Intern will report to at least one Licensing Team member and may rotate depending on the needs of the Licensing Team and the field of expertise of the Intern.
