We are looking for an experienced HRIS Team Lead to oversee our HR technology function with a strong emphasis on people leadership, technical excellence, and global team direction. This role combines deep HRIS and Workday expertise with inspiring leadership and clear decision-making. You will lead a globally distributed HRIS team, set priorities, and ensure our HR systems are reliable, scalable, and well-managed. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how HR technology supports both business and employee experience, while building a high-performing team across regions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems and processes, and providing direction in a complex and fast-moving environment.
