Job Summary The Rebuild Project Manager oversees the reconstruction phase of property restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and timely completion. This role includes preparing estimates for rebuild jobs, negotiating fair settlements with insurance carriers or payee sources, selecting and coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring project production. The Rebuild Project Manager also manages supplements or change orders and performs final walkthroughs to close out projects.
