LOCATION: Hobbs, NM STATUS: Part Time/non-exempt: MISSION STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: - High School diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of college preferred - Excellent interpersonal skills - Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred - Must be able to work with people from varied backgrounds and cultures - Understanding of mental health/addiction issues and homeless issues - 2 yrs experience in customer or client service - Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written - Excellent basic math skills (Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point) - Data entry skills essential - Proficient knowledge of internet and social media - Knowledge of Lea County social service resources - Valid NM Driver’s license and clean MVD record - Ability to pass The Salvation Army Fleet Safety e-trainin...
