Job Summary: The Entry-Level Welding Engineer supports the Welding Manager and project teams by assisting with the development, implementation, monitoring of welding procedures, welder certifications, welder continuity, and project audits. This role provides hands-on exposure to field welding operations, quality control, and construction while building foundational experience in welding engineering within the Heavy Industrial and Mining Group, while also supporting other construction groups within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Welding Manager with development, review, and maintenance of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ). 2.
