Description SUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources (DHR) is a leadership role responsible for the management and administration of Human Resource functions within the agency, a CARF accredited substance use treatment organization. The Director of Human Resources works collaboratively with leadership to ensure overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function of the organization. REPORTING: Reports to the Chief Operating Officer, COO POSITIONS SUPERVISED: Human Resources team (Specialist, Benefits Administrator) SUPERVISION AND OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Human Resources (DHR) has direct oversight and supervision of departmental support staff. The DHR provides support to agency programs and clinical management and executive-level staff and acts as a strategic advisor to the executive team, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to foster a positive workplace culture, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.
