Salary Rate $61,901.69/yr. - $79,848.88/yr. Job Summary: Provides behavioral health counseling services in the context of an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) recovery environment. Performs intake, assessment, referral, record keeping, and develops recovery plans. Contributes to accomplishment of the Tribe’s holistic health and wellness objectives for clients. Essential Functions: - Determines eligibility, acceptance, and placement for individual(s) with substance use issues by performing intake and assessments, completing an ASAM criteria assessment. - Coordinates with internal team to identify recovery plan goals and coordinates closely with internal medical care coordinator to ensure all domains of client recovery are incorporated into the treatment planning. - Develops treatment plans that are driven by the client and encompass change management practices including the use of motivational interviewing.
