Job Summary: The Director of Technology is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and day-to-day operations of the company's internal Information Technology function. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, this role leads the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture across all business units. This is mainly an internal, non-client-facing role focused on enabling operational excellence and digital transformation within Centella.
