Job description

The role: We’re on the lookout for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing teams across North Brisbane including suburbs such as Mitchelton and Red Hill. In this role you’ll support NDIS participants out in the community. You will assist clients to engage in community including vibrant and meaningful activities such as swimming/hydrotherapy, shopping, visiting parks/beaches/cafes. Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter while building genuine connections. Shifts times: Our clients enjoy getting out and about in the mornings, afternoons, and for full-day activities, so you’ll have a variety of shift lengths available from 2 to 8 hours. We are seeking Support Workers who enjoy flexible shorter shifts across mornings and afternoons. These shifts are ideal for people looking to balance work with family, study, or other commitments while still making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
