Exercise Technician

Job description

Under general supervision of the Cardiac Services Manager, Exercise Program Coordinator, and the Medical Director the Exercise Technician will be competent in helping cardiopulmonary participants with risk factor modification, assist in the development of exercise prescriptions, protocols, and supervise exercise therapy. Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: - Good organizational skills - Demonstrates clinical competence - Computer literate Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: - ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist® (ACSM-CEP®) preferred License/Certification: Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
