Description Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Part-time (Up to 20 hours per week) Department: Marketing and Communications: Reports To: Director of Marketing: Location: Brentwood, TN - Hybrid: Pay: $35,000-$45,000 based on experience: The Part-time Marketing Specialist will play a role in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that elevate PMC’s brands, promote our services, and drive patient engagement in our hospital and health system programs. This position requires a creative self-starter with strong design and communication skills and a deep understanding of behavioral health dynamics. The ideal candidate will bring both a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and graphic design, along with an appreciation for the unique nuances of mental health care and rural hospital markets.
