Salesforce Product Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in NYC. The ideal candidate is proficient in Salesforce development best practices, comfortable working across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and eager to contribute to a large-scale multi-cloud transformation. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Data teams, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. Salesforce Development: Develop and customize solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows . Build features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud , including page layouts, record types, validation rules, automation, queues, assignment rules, and case workflows. Participate in development of integrations using REST APIs , platform events, external services, and middleware. Maintain and extend declarative components (Flows, Process Builders migration to Flows, approval processes). Collaboration & Delivery: Work with Product Owners and BAs to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
