THE OPPORTUNITY: The Cloud Configuration and Solution Specialist (CCSS) will play a pivotal role in leading the configuration, enhancement, and expansion of cloud-based service delivery platforms, including the ongoing development of the Genesys Cloud CX and Microsoft Power Platform (‘Unify’). This will involve close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, vendors, and the broader project team to ensure successful project delivery and the ongoing optimisation of cloud technologies across the organisation.
