Senior People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d) Department: People Experience: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Germany, Karlsruhe: Description: The Functional HR Business Partner (m/f/d) plays a crucial role in providing specialised HR expertise to support Forterro’s Functions and Lines of Business across Forterro. Working closely with senior functional leaders, the role holder understands the complex HR requirements of the function and tailors solutions and advice to attract, optimise, develop and retain talent; driving functional performance in support of Forterro’s harmonised Functional and Lines of Business strategies. This role requires an understanding of HR practices specific to functional domains, such as Got to Market, PRD, Services and G&A. It also requires a high degree of self-awareness in navigating local customs, cultures and norms to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the European organisation.
