Platform Engineer - SWIFT Infrastructure

About you You’ll be joining Team Manul within the Infrastructure Cluster at ClearBank, supporting and evolving our SWIFT infrastructure, which underpins critical payment messaging and connectivity across the platform. This role has been intentionally designed to balance Run the Bank (RTB) responsibility with change and improvement work, giving you exposure to both live production support and platform development. You’ll work within a small, experienced team that owns a mission‑critical financial messaging platform, where learning, technical progression and long‑term SME development are strongly encouraged. You’ll be supported with ongoing training, mentoring, and hands-on experience across the platform.
