Production Supervisor, Mold Department: Manufacturing - Foundry: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Columbia, PA - Plant: Reporting To: Darrin Steadman: Description: The Molding Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. We are looking for someone with exceptional management skills, a strong focus on safety, and a passion for driving operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen. How You Will Help: Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned. Employee must be able to obtain a tow motor license and successfully pass LOTO and confined space training.
