Senior Product Manager, AI Transformation

Job description

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. What You Will Own: - Ship AI-powered features to production: conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, automated compliance workflows • Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to deliver AI products end-to-end • Evaluate and integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities (GPT, Claude, open-source models) into product experiences — balancing innovation speed with safety and compliance • Build the internal AI enablement playbook: drive adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams • Define success metrics for AI features (engagement lift, cost reduction, resolution rate, NPS) and run rigorous A/B tests • Manage vendor relationships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers • Report to senior leadership on AI transformation progress, ROI, and str...
