Productivity Specialist - 26000719 Description Job Purpose: This position leads complex maintenance and reliability focused productivity projects for LGUS, partnering with business stakeholders at multiple levels to align on the needs and opportunities of the organization. The primary focus will be on implementing best practices and reliability improvement projects nationally for the Bulk Business. The candidate will identify, prioritize, build regional and national support also manage and implement productivity improvements across all regions. Scope: This position works under minimal supervision with guidance in only most complex situations. Responsible for oversight and/or leadership of multiple productivity projects which are broad in nature, often across multiple sites. The role requires strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability. Responsibilities include teaching the application of advanced productivity tools and discipline as needed, overcoming resistance to change, achieving the desired cost impact targets by skillfully implementing productivity projects, collaborating with and learning from stakeholders at various levels, in particular, senior engineering, operations d...
