BASIC FUNCTION: Under the general direction of the Regional Director, originate and manage programs to assist with business retention, growth and start up in the Southern Tier Region (STR). Provide superior customer service on behalf of ESD to businesses and employers within the region. Acting as an expert, resource, and primary outreach person for ESD, coordinating activities, and taking a lead role in performing project reviews, analysis and evaluation of business expansion, develop and implement proactive policies and projects within the assigned area(s).
