Job Summary: The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for ensuring each wash site operates efficiently, safely, and in a manner that provides an Exceptional Customer Experience. This position will oversee site cleanliness, equipment operation, preventative maintenance and customer satisfaction. The Car Wash Manager will work collaboratively with the Company’s Marketing Team to ensure that all promotional programs, marketing campaigns, signage updates, and customer engagement initiatives are properly implemented and executed at each car wash location.
