We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Corporate IT team and support users, corporate infrastructure, and internal technology services in a collaborative, security-focused environment. Role Summary The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving FreeBalance’s corporate IT environment, including end-user systems, cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, internal servers, and development-support systems. This role combines end-user support, cloud and on-premise infrastructure operations, PKI-based authentication, security coordination, and vendor & asset management . Key Responsibilities: - End-User & Device Support - Install, configure, image, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals. - Provide ongoing technical support for users across multiple global locations. - Support AWS VPN connectivity and remote access. - Train users on new and existing IT systems. - Endpoint & Asset Management - Manage corporate devices using Manage Engine Endpoint Central / UEM. -...
