Job description

Qualifications: - High School education, GED or related experience - Proficiency with EHR systems and insurance verification processes - Experience in the area of behavioral health services preferred - Comfortable working with diverse client populations, including veterans and military families, those experiencing mental health or substance use challenges or with intellectual disabilities. - Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills - Ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of professionalism and discretion - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Experience supporting providers with complex schedules across multidisciplinary teams - Familiarity with trauma informed care - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Essential Responsibilities: - Answer multi-line phone system, triage calls appropriately, and provide accurate information to clients, families and referral sources. - Greet and check in clients across multiple behavioral health service lines, ensuring a supportive and respectful client experience. - Collect and enter sensitive demographic, insurance and clinical data accurately into the EHR system.
