Location: Columbus,Ohio,United States Position: Accounting Manager: Reports to: Director of Accounting Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and financial function. This role will manage the General Ledger team, lead the month-end close process, and perform financial reporting. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the General Ledger (GL) team and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including cash flow, for multiple entities and manage the consolidation process - Partner with external auditors to support annual financial statement audits and tax engagements - Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls across general accounting functions - Participate in accounting policy development, technical research, and implementation of new accounting standards - Identify and implement pr...
