Your responsibilities: Processing of PO & non-PO invoices (manage invoice cost classification and administration of approval workflow) Participation in month end closing activities Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries Maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships through effective and timely communication Ensure best practice across all accounts payable tasks by process improvements and standardization Possibility to participate in transitions and projects related to standardization and automation of accounting processes Our requirements: University degree or equivalent qualifications in accounting or related field Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable environment within an organization or SSC/BPO is advantageous Computer literacy – Excel, Word and other large enterprise systems is advantageous (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle etc.) Good written and verbal communication skills in...
