Description Reports to: El Rescate Program Coordinator Program/Department: El Rescate: Classification: Exempt: Revision Date: February 2023: SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Case Manager will be responsible for providing direct services to the target population and reports to the Program Coordinator. The Case Manager provides individual case management, follow-up services, career counseling, job search, health care linkage, and more. TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY, AN INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM EACH ESSENTIAL DUTY SATISFACTORILY.
