Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Status: Full Time Vacancy Type: Replacement Position Summary: The Plant Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and successfully executing all aspects of the Ventura Foods Quality and Food Safety Systems at the plant level. This will include coordinating with the Regional Plant Quality Assurance Manager and other Ventura plant QA Managers to manage the execution, communication, and training for all policy systems that relate to Ventura systems, customer systems, and all aspects of maintaining adherence to the FDA Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA), as well as USDA (if applicable), and other regulatory agencies. This role will also coordinate projects and training support to the Operations teams and be a liaison with company functional groups of Technical Services, Operations Excellence, R&D, HS&E, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. The Plant QA Manager ensures responsiveness and timelines of projects, programs, and management of personnel to delight our customer's customers expectations.
