Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with deep expertise in disputes to join our highly successful Dispute Resolution practice and our valued global Knowledge function. Working in an international and diverse team, within an inclusive environment, the role directly contributes to the firm’s client and people strategies. The role sits within our Dispute Resolution Knowledge team, with a focus on financial services disputes and enforcement (including for retail and investment banks, payment services providers, and asset managers). Based in London, the individual will work within our London DR team and also support key global projects for the practice. Knowledge of key emerging risk areas for financial institutions and other corporates (e.g., sustainability-related litigation and enforcement or digital and tech law) is highly desirable. Role summary/purpose of job: The Knowledge Lawyer will focus on disputes and investigations, working principally with practitioners in London who focus on financial institutions disputes.
