Power Infrastructure Delivery Technical Program Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in technical program or project management within the energy, utility, or power infrastructure industry. - 7 years of experience leading to the delivery of electrical infrastructure, such as substations, transmission and distribution, or utility projects. - 5 years of experience navigating energy regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NERC, FERC, NEC, or NESC). - 5 years of experience in hybrid infrastructure environments (HV-MV-LV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power generation and smarter grid solutions. Preferred qualifications: - Licensed or Chartered Professional Engineer (PE) status or an equivalent professional engineering certification. - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in the design, commissioning, or operation of industrial power generation facilities (>10MW) and related electrical generator principles. - Track record managing large-scale third-party developers and external utility partners to secure connection a...
