The incumbent is required to priorities work daily and must meet time sensitive deadlines. - Maintains information for the program’s databases and various client tracking systems including the Electronic Health Record in HMS and the Healthy Families Florida (HFF) data base. - Registers new clients in the Electronic Health Record and HFF data bases, scans and imports documents into the Electronic Health Record. - Maintains standards and applicable regulations for personnel, electronic medical records management, and programmatic/funder requirements. - Produces HFF and other data base reports for the Healthy Families office. - Produces labels for documents that gets scanned into the Electronic Health Record. - Ensures that all rules and regulations are followed regarding Purchase Orders and AOD purchas...
