This position is to cover vacation and sick calls in acute care and includes some weekends and at least one holiday per year. Responsibilities: Establish treatment goals based on evaluation findings and referral reasons, considering neuromuscular movement and stability, sensation, activities of daily living (ADLs), perception, cognition, vocational and prevocational abilities, developmental status, dysphagia, manual muscle testing, range of motion, body mechanics, and other relevant assessments. Assess home and work environments, recommending physical barrier modifications or ergonomic adaptations as needed.
