Centralized Quality Assurance Program Manager

Job description

Position Overview: The Program Manager will lead the creation of a centralized Quality Assurance model for all technology projects and products. This individual will coordinate discovery sessions, facilitate stakeholder interviews, oversee QA vendor selection, and define the operational structure for a scalable, metrics-driven QA organization supported by Agile best practices.
