As an Operations Hire Ahead, you will learn and perform various duties within the Operations Teams to ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. Duties and Responsibilities: - Pick up, sort, and process mail from USPS - Image and review documents for readability and storage - Assist with mail and Green Bags for the MSC and branch locations - Consumer loan file maintenance completion - Securing liens on titles for consumer loans Review and process faxes, emails and phone calls - Process real estate payoff quotes - Maintain homeowner’s insurance records - Key mortgage payments - Process reconveyances-Assist with account research including photocopy requests, statement reviews etc. - Deposit account maintenance and various transaction processing - Processing Deposit reports to ensure proper account maintenance - Ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. - Maintain and support positive vendor relationships. - C...
