Description Join an energetic, patient-focused team! Medstar Radiology Network is currently seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a Full-time position, Monday- Friday from 9am- 5:30pm at our outpatient imaging center located in Washington DC. *$15K Sign On Bonus Offered** JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the CT technologist: - May serve as a lead technologist/team captain for a designated shift. - Mentors/provides guidance to other CT technologists. - Performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional & 3-dimensional images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. - Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice. EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION : - Minimum 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist - Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
