Position Description: Nevada Gold Mines is looking for an Environmental professional to join the Environmental group at Carlin. The successful candidate will perform a variety of technical and administrative work to ensure that legal and other compliance obligations related to air quality permits and programs are achieved. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Work closely with site personnel to ensure compliance to Title V, Class II, and MOPTC permits. - Maintain and contribute to improvement of sustainable systems to ensure air compliance at all times within the organization. - Prepare for inspections of operations to ensure permit compliance including accompanying regulatory inspectors on periodic inspections of work areas on the mine site. - Participate in source testing activities, as assigned. - Prepare semi-annual and annual compliance reports, as assigned. - Mana...
