POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: Custodian – Coffee Co. Campus (Part-Time) The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - McMinnville is accepting applications for the part-time position of Custodian for the Coffee Co. Campus. POSITION INFORMATION: Position Type: Part-Time Hours: 25 hours per week: Compensation: $15 per hour: SUMMARY: The Custodian works under the supervision of the Coffee Co. Campus Director performing daily custodial duties. He/she shall be a high school graduate or the equivalent as determined by the High School Equivalency (HSE) Test with three (3) years of related experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - High school graduate or the equivalent as determined by the High School Equivalency (HSE) Test - Three (3) years of custodial work experience - Familiar with cleaning chemicals and MSDS labeling - Must possess or are able to obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Five (5) years of custodial work experience in an education setting preferred - OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not necessary KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: - Knowledge of methods used to perform high quality routine cleaning of public areas - Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equip...
