📍 Milan About the role: We are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in People Operations (HR) while being exposed to how a business expands physically. This internship is designed as a learning experience, ideal for students who want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international environment and be part of building something from the ground up. What you'll learn & Support: People Operations (HR exposure): - Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires - Assist with employee documentation (contracts, amendments) and payroll checks - Maintain and update data across HR and finance systems - Act as a support point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders Operations & Expansion exposure: - Support the team in the process of opening new study centers - Assist in coordinating facilities, vendors, and basic operational needs - Help ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners - Contribute to ongoing projects related to study center development Cross-functional collaboration: - Work closely with People Operations (HR) and RevOps / Expansion teams - Learn how operational and people-related de...
