We are seeking Disability Support Workers experienced in aged care specifically Dementia care to join our fantastic team in Adelaide. Your role is to support our clients who have diverse and complex needs. Your support and mentoring can have a meaningful impact on their lives, however, there will be challenging days. It's essential to have confidence and resilience to navigate these moments effectively. You have a mature head on your shoulders, have confidence, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet, and put practical solutions in place. You are experienced in maintaining professional boundaries with empathy and respect. You are supportive and have strong communication skills.
