Responsibilities: - Order and manage property preservation as needed on properties serviced by LoanCare clients • Order bids for property preservation and securing as needed • Monitor vacant, damaged and lot only properties to ensure vendors are taking actions for cure in accordance with agency or investor guidelines. • Review requests from vendors for over-allowables to ensure request is accurate and adequate • Respond to escalations and notifications from property preservation vendors on all new damaged property alerts. • Work with Hazard Claims department to process and monitor damage property claims • Work with Pro...
