You’ll be the first point of contact for technology support—troubleshooting issues, delivering great service, and helping our teams stay connected and productive. What You Will Do: Deliver end‑to‑end technical support in accordance with established IT service level agreements (SLAs). Partner with end users and technology teams to analyze incidents, determine root causes, and implement timely solutions. Provide technical assistance for incoming inquiries related to computer systems, software, and hardware devices. Ensure quick, effective response times to meet required desktop support service levels. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software solutions. Provide hands‑on guidance to customers/users to resolve issues and follow up as needed to ensure full resolution.
