Pay rate $20.00 per hour PLUS GREAT BENEFITS!! Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary. Essential Job Duties: - Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed. - Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner. - Set routes with drivers. - Set up paperwork for incoming vendors. - Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues. - May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups. - Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy. - Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy. - Assume other duties as assigned.
