PACE Outreach Specialist (North County San Diego)

***This position is intended to focus on North County San Diego area, however, outreach focus areas are subject to change with business need. Position Summary: The Outreach Specialist will be primarily responsible for conducting outreach in the community to raise awareness of and promote the PACE program. The Outreach Specialist will participate in events and fairs within the community. This position will work collaboratively with the Enrollment Specialists with the goal of increasing census within the program. Essential Functions of the Job: - Conduct targeted outreach and training to community-based organizations under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. - Participate in events/fairs that could potentially result in partnerships for San Diego PACE. - Maintain tracking logs of outreach efforts. - Work collaboratively with the Marketing Coordinator to develop outreach strategies. - Develop and maintain reports to assess and analyze outreach activities for the purpose of maximizing enrollment.
