Sign On Bonus for External Candidates ONLY - $1500.00 Location/Department: Outpatient Clinic & Urology: 64 hours per pay period Job Summary: Performs a wide range of clinical duties while assisting the provider in giving quality care in a medical office setting. Primary responsibilities include: gathering of patient data, chart scribing, preparation& review. Will demonstrate the knowledge required to provide age appropriate care for the patients served in the practice. Must complete required computer training & develop a strong working knowledge of the patient chart in the EHR to be aware of health insurance guidelines for pre-authorizations, referral processes, & have ability to schedule diagnostics/specialist visits as ordered by the provider. Requires experience in a medical care setting interacting with patients & their families, detail oriented, having the ability to stay focused, caring, responsible, & organized.
