Essential Functions: App roaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Model Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. Skills/Qualifications: - Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. - Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position. - Maintain quality standards for all products packaged using good manufacturing practices - Maintain highest efficiency possible based on standards set by company policy - Setup, operate and sanitize liquid dairy filling machinery to meet production schedule and according to company policies and procedures. - Maintain proper weights, code dates, quantity ordered, top and bottom leak detection check, and gable seal checks on all products bottled - Taste all products to be bottled prior to starting that run for good, clean flavor - Sanitize filler every 30 minutes - Check butterfat of all white milk products prior to run - Initiate repair of machinery. - Maintain accurate records of all production run time, weight, downtime, temperature of products run, and packag...
