About the role This role sits at the intersection of people, process and technology. You’ll work closely with teams on site to understand how work really gets done, remove day‑to‑day friction, and help new systems land well in practice. The role blends business analysis with access administration, user enablement and hands‑on troubleshooting. It’s well‑suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, improving how systems are used, and supporting people through change.
