Position Purpose: The Parts Back Counter Specialist is a dual-impact role responsible for driving shop efficiency and maintaining high levels of customer service. This position manages the full lifecycle of parts—from technical identification and inventory management to staging and field delivery. You will serve as the backbone of the service department while ensuring the parts warehouse remains organized, accurate, and safety compliant.
